Anm.: Die Verehrung des Kostbarsten Blutes Jesu Christi wurde als großes Heilmittel für die gottlose Zeit empfohlen, gegen Gottes unendlich gerechten Zorn, insbesonders durch die dzt. letzten seligen Päpste Pius IX. und Johannes XXIII.

Das von Papst Leo XIII. verfaßte Gebet zum hl. Erzengel Michael
Heiliger Erzengel Michael, verteidige uns im Kampfe, gegen die Bosheit und die Nachstellungen des Teufels sei du unser Schutz.
"Gott gebiete ihm", so bitten wir flehentlich, du aber Fürst der himmlischen Heerscharen, stürze den Satan und die anderen bösen Geister, die zum Verderben der Seelen in der Welt umherwandern, in der Macht Gottes hinab in die Hölle.

Anm.: Papst Leo XIII., der erste Papst im 20. Jahrhundert, verfaßte das obige Gebet zum hl. Erzengel Michael anläßlich eines Dialoges zwischen Christus und dem Teufel, das er durch eine Audition mitangehört hatte und schrieb vor, daß dieses Gebet weltweit nach jeder täglichen hl. Messe vom Priester zu beten sei.
Die Anordnung Leos XIII. blieb in Kraft bis zur Einführung der Neuen Messe Pauls VI.
Im Christus-Teufel-Dialog hatte der Teufel mehr Macht verlangt, da er, der Höllenherrscher, durch mehr Macht imstande wäre, die Kirche auf Erden zu zerstören.
Christus gewährte in diesem vom Papst mitangehörten Dialog dem Teufel den Machtzuwachs für 70 Jahre, damit der Teufel seine Behauptung, die Kirche zerstören zu können, beweisen könne.


Die Weihe zum Heiligsten Herzen Jesu Christi, verfaßt durch Papst Leo XIII. (Annum Sacrum, 1899 A.D.)
Most sweet Jesus, Redeemer of the human race, look down upon us humbly prostrate before Your altar. We are Yours, and Yours we wish to be. But, to be more surely united with You, behold, each of us freely consecrates himself today to Your Most Sacred Heart.
Many, indeed, have never known You. Many, too, despising Your precepts, have rejected You. Have mercy on them all, most merciful Jesus, and draw them to Your Sacred Heart. Be King, O Lord, not only of the faithful who have never forsaken You, but also of the prodigal children who have abandoned You. Grant that they may quickly return to their Father's house, lest they die of wretchedness and hunger. Be King of those who are deceived by erroneous opinions, or whom discord keeps aloof, and call them back to the harbor of truth and unity of faith, so that soon there may be but one flock and one Shepherd.
Grant, O Lord, to Your Church, assurance of freedom and immunity from harm. Give peace and order to all nations, and make the earth resound from pole to pole with one cry: "Praise to the Divine Heart that wrought our salvation - to It be glory and honor forever!" Amen.


Zu den Schutzengeln der Tabernakel
Ihr heiligen Engel, die ihr unsere Tabernakel bewacht, wo der anbetungswürdige Schatz der Heiligen Eucharistie ruht, verteidigt sie gegen jede Entweihung und bewahrt sie für unsere Liebe.

Dieses Gebet empfiehlt der hl. Josephmaria Escrivá de Balaguer, der Gründer des Opus Dei, in einem der Punkte in seinem Buch "Der Weg".


Die Weihe zur Unbefleckt Empfangenen Gottesmutter Maria
I, (my name), a faithless sinner, renew and ratify today in thy hands, O Immaculate Mother, the vows of my Baptism: I renounce forever satan, his pomps and works; and I give myself entirely to Jesus Christ, the Incarnate Wisdom, to carry my cross after Him all the days of my life, and to be more faithful to Him than I have ever been before.
In the presence of all the heavenly court I choose thee this day for my Mother and Mistress. I deliver and consecrate to thee, as thy slave, my body and soul, my goods, both interior and exterior, and even the value of all my good actions, past, present, and future; leaving to thee the entire and full right of disposing of me, and all that belongs to me, without exception, according to thy good pleasure, for the greater glory of God, in time and in eternity. Amen.
